\nAGRIC-CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
\nReporting to:\u00a0Branch Manager
\nLocation:\u00a0Kalomo, chongwe, Mumbwa and Nyimba
\nThe Agric Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for the mobilization of clients, selling of all Agric loan products, and facilitation of the formation of self-selecting solidarity groups, community banks and individuals, retention of credit in the institution, training of group members before and after loan disbursements, maintenance of active and quality portfolio, effective and efficient management of financial and other resources, giving input and feedback on programme development and design: and preparation of bi-weekly. The job holder will report direct to the Agric Credit Supervisor\/Branch Manager
\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
\nPortfolio Quality<\/p>\n
Maintain a portfolio quality >1 day of less than 5%
\nMaintain a PAR > 30 days of less than 3%
\nMaintain a loan loss rate of less than 1%
\nEnsure to Recovery 50% of Written off Loan<\/p>\n
Portfolio growth &Disbursements<\/p>\n
Ensure quality growth of the portfolio value
\nMaking timely and quality loan disbursements.
\nMaintaining a portfolio value of not more than 30% of overall branch PV target
\nAnalyses loans proposal and make recommendations.<\/p>\n
Customer Services<\/p>\n
Maintain retention rate of greater than 80%
\nEnsure that client complaints reduced to Zero.
\nAssist Clients in preparing loan application, Business plans, coaching and mentoring
\nAnalyses loan proposal and make recommendations to credit committee
\nPromote the organization credit services in the community
\nEnsure 7 days turnaround time for loans.<\/p>\n
Compliance to Credit Policy<\/p>\n
Ensure proper loan file documentation.
\nEnsure that clients are monitored every month.
\nEnsure groups are trained by following policies and procedures as determined by independent verifications.
\nEnsure policy and procedures for delinquency escalation are followed.<\/p>\n
Client Protection<\/p>\n
Ensure adherence to client protection principles.
\nEnsure that clients are not over indebted.
\nEnsure that clients are treated with respect at all time.
\nEnsure Transparency in all dealings with clients.<\/p>\n
Other Competencies\/Attributes<\/p>\n
Able to stand above denominational diversities.
\nAttends and participates in the leadership of daily devotions.
\nTwo- or Three-years\u2019 Experience in Financial Institution.
\nDiploma in Agribusiness\/General Agriculture or related course.
\nHave valid motorbike license.
\nKnowledgeable in Climate Smart Agriculture technologies
\nFoster strong partnership at Branch level
\nExcellent agricultural extension services and communication skills<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
Certificate or Diploma in Business or Agribusiness related course.
\nMinimum Two (2) years\u2019 Experience in a Financial Institution.
\nReady to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization ideals and core values
\nMotorbike Riding more than 6 months\u00a0(strictly with a valid license)<\/p>\n
