You will lead a team of operators and technicians, oversee maintenance schedules, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n-Supervise and coordinate plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.<br \/>\n-Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.<br \/>\n-Monitor process parameters and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.<br \/>\n-Lead, train, and evaluate plant staff to foster a productive and safe work environment.<br \/>\n-Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.<br \/>\n-Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.<br \/>\n-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n-Diploma or Degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.<br \/>\n-Minimum of 2 years of experience in mineral processing operations.<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong knowledge of mineral processing techniques and equipment.<br \/>\n\u2013 Proven leadership and team management skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<br \/>\n\u2013 Good understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.<br \/>\n\u2013 Valid Zambia driver\u2019s license is an added advantage.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer:<br \/>\n-Competitive salary and benefits package.<br \/>\n-Opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic organization.<br \/>\n-Supportive team environment.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
