The intern will receive mentorship and guidance, with a focus on professional development and acquiring industry knowledge.<br \/>\nMain Duties and Key Responsibilities<br \/>\n1. Administrative Support<br \/>\n\u2013 Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, copying, and organizing documents.<br \/>\n\u2013 Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle basic inquiries professionally.<br \/>\n\u2013 Support the front desk by welcoming visitors, answering queries and providing information about our services.<br \/>\n2. Client Support and Interaction<br \/>\n\u2013 Assist the client relations team with client intake, scheduling appointments, and following up on inquiries.<br \/>\n\u2013 Provide clients with requested information, brochures and guidance about the consultancy\u2019s educational services.<br \/>\n\u2013 Participate in client meetings and observe consultations to understand client needs and consultancy processes.<br \/>\n3. Research and Data Collection<br \/>\n\u2013 Conduct research on educational programs, industry trends, and competitor activities to support business development initiatives.<br \/>\n\u2013 Collect, organize, and analyse data relevant to client needs and market demands.<br \/>\n\u2013 Compile findings into reports or presentations for internal review and strategic planning.<br \/>\n4. Marketing and Social Media Support<br \/>\n\u2013 Assist the marketing team with content creation, including writing posts, creating graphics, and updating social media platforms.<br \/>\n\u2013 Help monitor engagement on social media channels, respond to comments, and assist with managing inquiries from potential clients.<br \/>\n\u2013 Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote our client\u2019s services.<br \/>\n5.
