\nPosition: Stores Clerk
\nLocation: Luanshya, Zambia
\nGoldenlay Agri Ltd is the largest producer, supplier, and distributor of table eggs across Zambia, with a trusted brand recognized by both retailers and consumers. We are inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Stores Clerk
\nOverall, Purpose of the Position
\nTo manage the receipting and issuing of purchased goods and materials, ensuring the company\u2019s operational needs are continuously met.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Physically receive all deliveries.
\nVerify goods for correct quantity and quality.
\nProcess Goods Received Note Vouchers (GRNVs).
\nReceive requests from departments and process store issues.
\nConduct stock counts and resolve variances.
\nMaintain housekeeping of open store requisitions.
\nSupport the purchasing function and communicate any supply issues.
\nPrepare timely reports and updates as required.
\nEnsure compliance with all company procurement policies and relevant regulations.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Proven experience in a purchasing and stores team, preferably in the poultry industry.
\nSolid understanding of stock control and inventory management.
\nExperience with SAGE Evolution Accounting.
\nFull Grade 12 Certificate.
\nDiploma or Degree in Stores Management \/ Purchasing and Supply from a recognized college or university.<\/p>\n
