The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To provide Painting and Signwriting works and ensuring adherence to work specifications, standards and safe working environment.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring that there is no wastage of material.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Generate acceptable quality of civil maintenance works and infrastructure development.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To diligently execute painting works as assigned by the supervisor to residential and social infrastructures such as (schools, hospitals\/clinics, social clubs, office buildings, etc.)<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring all stakeholders in the business that require the services of painting and sign-writing works are effectively and satisfactorily attended to.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring that work orders are closed \/ done in accordance with requirements (in terms of quality, usage and specifications) and that, materials are available for the job.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Giving technical and professional advice on work requirements to ensure conformity to accepted standards for work requests.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Providing feedback to the supervisor on material-usage and works completed.<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Full Grade 12 School Certificate<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Full grade 12 Certificate.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 G5 Trade Test Certificate or better.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Preferably 3 years in Painting and Signwriting<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in painting and signwriting works with notable references.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of relevant Zambian Engineering standards<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Paid up membership of the engineering institute of Zambia<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Suitably qualified applicants must provide certificates verified by Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).<br \/>\nShould you be interested in applying for this role, please submit your detailed CV, copies of relevant qualifications, registrations and ID\/Passport for the attention of HR Business Partner<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
