The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing buffet setups, managing d\u00e9cor and presentation, and coordinating part-time waiters to ensure seamless service at our events.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Plan and supervise buffet set-up, d\u00e9cor, and presentation to meet company standards.<br \/>\nManage, train, and schedule part-time waiters for events.<br \/>\nEnsure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction during buffets and catered functions.<br \/>\nWork closely with the catering and operations team to deliver high-quality service.<br \/>\nMaintain cleanliness, order, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/p>\n<p>Full Grade 12 Certificate.<br \/>\nDiploma\/Certificate in Hospitality Management, Food &amp; Beverage Service, or related field (an added advantage).<br \/>\nPractical experience in hotel or catering service may substitute for formal academic qualifications.<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a supervisory role in catering, events, or hospitality.<br \/>\nStrong organizational and leadership skills.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and people management abilities.<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environments.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
