We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate for the role outlined below.<br \/>\nACCOUNTS ASSISTANT \u2013 HUNTLEY FARM (1)<br \/>\nThe Required Skills for this Role Include:<br \/>\nEnsuring Financial Accuracy \u2013 Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.<br \/>\nSupporting Financial Reporting \u2013 Assisting in preparing and generating accurate financial reports in a timely manner.<br \/>\nImproving Operational Efficiency \u2013 Streamlining accounting processes and improving efficiency with the finance department<br \/>\nMaintaining Compliance \u2013 Ensuring that financial practices and documents comply with relevant laws, regulations and accounting standards.<br \/>\nFacilitating Accounts Reconciliation \u2013 Managing the reconciliation of intercompany and supplier accounts to ensure consistency<br \/>\nEnhancing Payment Management \u2013 Ensuring that all invoices are processed on time, and minimize delays.<br \/>\nSupporting Internal Control \u2013 Assisting in maintaining strong internal controls over financial processes and prevent discrepancies.<br \/>\nAssisting in Audit Preparation \u2013 Preparing necessary financial documents and assisting in internal and external audits.<br \/>\nThe Required Qualifications are:<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate including English and Mathematic<br \/>\nDiploma in Accountancy or Part \u2013 Qualified ZICA \/ CIMA \/ ACC<br \/>\nComputer Literacy, Excel and Word<br \/>\nMinimum two (2) years of experience with business understanding and background in large Agri business.<br \/>\nMust be a Member of ZICA<br \/>\nThe Required Attributes Include:<br \/>\nAttention to Details<br \/>\nTime Management<br \/>\nIntegrity<br \/>\nTeamwork<br \/>\nProblem \u2013 Solving<br \/>\nGood Communication Skills<br \/>\nOrganizational Skills<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
