Therefore, TECNO BU wishes to invite qualified candidates to fill the position of\u00a0BTL Marketing Specialist\u00a0to be based in\u00a0Kitwe.<br \/>\nThe\u00a0BTL (Below The Line) Marketing Specialist\u00a0will\u00a0plan and execute direct, targeted campaigns and on-ground events to engage specific customer segments and drive sales, often involving experiential marketing such as roadshows, mall activations, and product launches.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nCampaign Execution:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Plan and execute targeted on-ground activations, roadshows, mall events, and customer engagement campaigns.<br \/>\nEvent Management:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Organize and oversee product launches, test ride events, and other brand-building initiatives to ensure high ROI.<br \/>\nVendor Coordination:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Manage and build relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in campaign production and logistics.<br \/>\nDealer Collaboration:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Work with dealerships and local partners to align on regional marketing strategies and boost performance.<br \/>\nPerformance Tracking:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Monitor and analyze campaign results, track leads, footfall, and conversions, and provide insights for optimization.<br \/>\nCustomer Focus:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Develop and implement innovative experiential marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.<br \/>\nLocal Adaptation:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Adapt global or centrally designed campaigns to fit local market conditions and specific community engagement needs.<br \/>\nRequired Skills<br \/>\nExperience:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Proven experience in BTL activation, event management, and direct marketing campaigns.<br \/>\nAnalytical Skills:<br \/>\nl\u00a0A strong analytical mindset to track metrics, analyze data, and measure campaign effectiveness.<br \/>\nCommunication:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.<br \/>\nOrganizational Skills:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and activities.<br \/>\nAdaptability:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Ability to travel frequently, adapt to new environments, and work effectively with diverse teams.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
