\nWELDER \u2013 HUNTLEY FARM (x1)
\nThe Required Skill for this Role Includes:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Welding metal spare parts in various shapes
\nIdentifying any fault in operating the equipment or in relation to any material or equipment
\nOperating other accessory equipment and performing tasks necessary for welding metal
\nControlling the processes of burning and welding to avoid problems in relation to overheating, distortion, expansion or shrinking of spare parts;
\nExamining finished products and spare parts and comparing them with samples to check whether the specifications are met
\nPreparing and setting up necessary tools and equipment for welding
\nEnsuring welded parts are arranged in order before being assembled into final products
\nMaintaining a clean work environment
\nCompleting job reports and processing paperwork
\nAny other duties as assigned by the superior \/ supervisor.<\/p>\n
The Required Qualifications and Experience are:<\/p>\n
Must have a Grade 12 Certificate
\nCraft Certificate in Metal Fabrication or related field
\nAt least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the same field.
\nMust be a Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia<\/p>\n
