We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Camera Sales Assistant to join our Lusaka team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for cameras and related accessories.<\/p>\n
Assist customers in selecting cameras, lenses, and accessories based on their needs.
\nProvide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers.
\nAchieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
\nMaintain in-depth knowledge of photography equipment, new trends, and promotions.
\nManage stock levels and ensure proper display of products in-store.
\nHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
\nContribute to marketing and promotional activities when required
\nMinimum of 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in sales (experience in electronics, photography, or related fields is an advantage).
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
\nBasic knowledge of cameras, lenses, and accessories (training will be provided).
\nDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field is an added advantage.
\nComputer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.<\/p>\n
