Channel Business Officer (CBO) is responsible for ensuring Alternative Channels (Agency and Mobile Banking) growth in terms of Client registrations, usage, and Agents\u2019 recruitment etc. Additionally, the CBO is responsible for ensuring channel service delivery (for customers and Third-party Agents) as per FINCA standards.
\nEssential duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Create awareness, promote and cross sell FINCA\u2019s Agent value proposition
\nIdentify, assess and enroll new Agents (incl. onboarding of new access points)
\nIdentify, assess and register new Savings Groups in your region
\nManage the performance of Agents in designated areas of operations.
\nMaintain and manage business relationship with Agents and groups for group
\nsavings product
\nSupport customers in the branch on mobile banking usage.
\nConduct regular visits (at least once a week) to Agents and communicate to them on FINCA promotions, new policies or any other news from FINCA relevant to their business
\nSupervise Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) in the region
\nEnsure marketing material and signage is properly displayed and used by the Agent
\nServe as the branch key person for providing digital products and services.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any Banking or Business related course.
\nMinimum 1 year experience in the micro finance\/banking sector.
\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
