\nOPERATIONS ACCOUNTANT \u2013 ZAMHATCH (X1)
\nThe Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Capex tracking for Finance Manager\u2019s review
\nOverheads Reconciliation for Finance managers review
\nPosting of credit notes \u2013 Sales
\nLiaising with Tax team when need be
\nPosting of GRV reversals (Return to supplier).
\nMonitoring the Zamhatch cash control account
\nOverseeing payables and receivables recons
\nLiaising with Accounting on all Entry queries
\nLiaising with Managerial Staff
\nMonth end and year end close process
\nImplementing approved price adjustments in Observe
\nDeveloping and maintaining cost accounting systems to track production costs.
\nMonitoring and controlling inventory levels, ensuring accurate recording of stock movements.
\nCollaborating with production teams to analyze production costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
\nProviding financial analysis and insights on operational performance, supporting decision-making.
\nAssisting in the preparation of operational budgets and forecasts.
\nGenerating operational financial reports, including performance metrics and KPIs.
\nContributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
\nIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to streamlined financial processes.
\nEstablishing and maintain internal controls related to operational finance activities.<\/p>\n

\nThe Required Qualifications for this Role are:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 credits or better including Mathematics and English
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting or Economics
\nZICA Diploma in Accountancy
\nMinimum 3 years of work experience
\nMust be a Member of ZICA<\/p>\n
