\nAre you an energetic and result-driven professional individual seeking to join our Team? We are hiring in the position of Sales & Collections Clerk in our SME department to be stationed under Matero Branch.
\nPosition: Sales & Collections Clerk
\nLocation: Lusaka, Matero
\nJob Overview: The candidate\u2019s main role is to conduct sales and marketing and enhance brand visibility within the catchment area. The role will also involve efficient and effective collection of Debt.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nPromote Kalene products through proactive sales efforts and distribute promotional materials in designated areas to raise brand awareness.
\nAggressively achieve weekly Branch targets in both loan disbursements, and collections. The candidate is expected to successfully disburse at least 8 applications per Week with 3 being new business and collect 90% or above of the Weekly Target.
\nHandle client inquiries, complaints, and suggestions with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring zero complaints.
\nProvide regular competitive intelligence reports to management by analyzing activities within the microfinance industry.
\nProcess client applications promptly and escalate any uncertainties to management.
\nEnsure accurate data entry both in the system and on client contract forms to optimize collection efficiency.
\nMonitor loans within assigned areas and identify and report early signs of potential defaults. Portfolio at risk rate must be 5% or below.
\nRecommend delinquent loans for legal action when necessary.
\nCultivate and expand a robust network within the assigned catchment area to drive business growth through client referrals and enhanced collections.
\nRender support to other Departments and any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.
\nJob Qualifications & Requirements:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate.
\nA Diploma in any Business related course is an added advantage.
\nGood command of English and Nyanja.
\nAt-least a Credit in English & mathematics.
\nMust be based in Matero.
\nMust be 30 years or below.<\/p>\n
Work Experience:
\nRelevant experience as a sales agent in the Microfinance Sector is preferred.
\nSkills:<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Loan Management Systems is an added advantage.
\nResult driven \u2013 Candidate must be able to meet or exceed targets in Loan origination and Debt collections.<\/p>\n
