The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to support production goals.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules<br \/>\n\u00b7 Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and artisans<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies<br \/>\n\u00b7 Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement<br \/>\n\u00b7 Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance<br \/>\n\u00b7 Manage maintenance budget and resources<br \/>\n\u00b7 Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field<br \/>\n\u00b7 Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in maintenance management, preferably in a mining or quarrying environment<br \/>\n\u00b7 Practical proven experience in working with TIPPERS, EXCAVATORS, DOZERS and ADTs (Non-negotiable requirement)<br \/>\n\u00b7 Proven leadership and team management skills<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br \/>\n\u00b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u00b7 Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems<br \/>\nWhat We Offer:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Competitive salary and benefits package<br \/>\n\u00b7 Opportunities for professional growth and development<br \/>\n\u00b7 Collaborative and dynamic work environment<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
