The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-value materials, goods, and services. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs, develop procurement strategies, and negotiate contracts with suppliers. They will also work with Stores to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop specifications.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Analyze and report on procurement performance metrics.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Proven track record of successful procurement projects and supplier management.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Must be highly organized and methodical.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Must have the ability to multi-task.<br \/>\nMust have the ability to handle logistics.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong negotiation and communication skills.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Familiarity with procurement software and systems.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Competitive salary and benefits package.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Collaborative and supportive team environment.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
