We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics and Warehouse officer to join our team and oversee our supply chain, warehouse, and distribution operations.
\n**Key Responsibilities**<\/p>\n
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, inventory control, and timely dispatch of goods.
\nPlan, coordinate, and manage logistics activities to ensure efficient distribution and supply chain processes.
\nDevelop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce operational costs.
\nMaintain accurate stock levels and ensure effective record-keeping and reporting.
\nCollaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
\nLead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure peak performance.<\/p>\n
**Qualifications & Experience**<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 3 to 5 years\u2019 experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
\nQualification or experience in Purchasing and Supply will be an added advantage.
\nStrong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics planning.
\nExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
\nProficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.<\/p>\n
