\nThe company invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following position of Transporter Payments Administrator in the Supply Chain Department based at Nakambala.
\nTRANSPORTER PAYMENTS ADMINISTRATOR x 1 \u2013 FIXED TERM CONTRACT
\nThe position reports to the Transport and Distribution Specialist.
\nKey Performance Areas<\/p>\n
Support implementation of the Illovo Outbound Logistics Way and related standards to optimise Outbound Logistics services.
\nSupport positive relationships with suppliers, as well as continued supplier performance through effective control of payments.
\nSupport in-Country commercialization.
\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and customer centricity.
\nSupport embedding of best practices, minimum standards, policies, processes, tools, technology and enablers through the Illovo Outbound Logistics and Sales Way and capability development strategy.
\nReconcile PODs and update daily into SAP to ensure no delays in transporter payments.
\nCheck and reconcile supplier statements \/ invoices \/ accompanying documentation against the rates schedule, service and performance, and confirm payments due.
\nFlag and escalate any discrepancies on PODs \/ invoices \/ statements.
\nGenerate online PR requisitions and PR when the initial payment process begins and submit invoices timeously to Finance.
\nFollow up with Finance on payments completed to ensure compliance with payment agreements and maintain supplier relationships and service.
\nIdentify and implement opportunities for improvement in Order to Cash processes and customer service delivery.
\nPromote and adhere to ABF Sugar\u2019s procedures, policies and guidelines, including, without limitation, those relating to SHERQ, Competition Law and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC).
\nExecute any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.<\/p>\n
Minimum specifications \/ Requirements areas<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate.
\nAdvanced Certificate \/ Diploma in Administration \/ Finance
\nPreferably 3 years\u2019 experience in a finance administrative role, with experience in creditors \/ debtors and the ability to perform financial reconciliations preferable.
\nKnowledge of accounting packages.
\nStrong numeric ability with attention to detail and accuracy; ability to use Excel and Transport Management Systems; communication skills; methodical with good time management.
\nAll academic qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).<\/p>\n
