Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution<br \/>\n2. Fully registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) with a valid practicing licence.<br \/>\n3. At least 1 year of proven experience working in a retail pharmacy setting<br \/>\n4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc) and Google Sheets<br \/>\n5. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a customer-focused approach<br \/>\n6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br \/>\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n1. Dispensing and counseling patients on prescribed medications<br \/>\n2. Managing inventory and stock levels, ensuring correct storage and expiry checks<br \/>\n3. Preparing and maintaining accurate records of sales, prescriptions, and stock using pharmacy systems<br \/>\n4. Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal SOPs<br \/>\n5. Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations including order processing and customer service<br \/>\n6. Preparing reports<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
