This role is central to ensuring efficient route planning, dispatch, warehouse management, and coordination with agents across different towns. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nPlanning &amp; Dispatch<br \/>\nDevelop and implement efficient delivery schedules and routes for both citywide and intercity deliveries.<br \/>\nAssign and monitor jobs for drivers\/riders, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.<br \/>\nTrack fleet movements in real-time and resolve routing or operational challenges quickly.<br \/>\nWarehouse &amp; Hub Management<br \/>\nOversee parcel receiving, sorting, scanning, storage, and dispatch from the warehouse\/hub.<br \/>\nEnsure goods are properly documented and moved with traceability and accountability.<br \/>\nSupervise loaders\/handlers to maintain order, cleanliness, and efficiency in the hub.<br \/>\nAgent Network Coordination<br \/>\nManage relationships with third-party agents in smaller towns who receive and dispatch parcels on our behalf.<br \/>\nProvide agents with expected shipment details and reconcile received goods.<br \/>\nMonitor agent performance and resolve service gaps or discrepancies.<br \/>\nMonitoring &amp; Reporting<br \/>\nMaintain daily operational records (deliveries, returns, warehouse stock).<br \/>\nReport on delivery performance, turnaround time, and service quality.<br \/>\nProvide recommendations for process improvement and cost optimization.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills<br \/>\nMinimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.<br \/>\nAt least 2 years of experience in logistics, courier, or warehousing operations.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of dispatch planning, inventory handling, and basic fleet management.<br \/>\nComputer literate with good Excel\/reporting skills; experience with tracking systems is an advantage.<br \/>\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nMust be highly organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.<br \/>\nWillingness to work flexible hours as required in logistics operations.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer<br \/>\nOpportunity to shape operations in a fast-growing logistics startup.<br \/>\nExposure to both citywide and intercity logistics operations.<br \/>\nCompetitive remuneration package.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
