The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge and experience in formulating and producing paints, with a focus on both quality and efficiency.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nAssist in the production of Oil-based, PVA-based, and Texture-based paints.<br \/>\nMeasure, mix, and process raw materials accurately to meet product specifications.<br \/>\nMonitor and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth operations.<br \/>\nEnsure adherence to safety and quality standards during manufacturing.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate production records and report daily output.<br \/>\nSupport inventory control by managing raw materials and finished products.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nMinimum Certificate or Diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Science, or related field (advantageous but not mandatory with proven experience).<br \/>\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in paint production.<br \/>\nStrong technical knowledge of paint formulations, mixing processes, and finishing.<br \/>\nAbility to work under minimal supervision and meet production targets.<br \/>\nStrong attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to quality.<br \/>\nA team player with good communication skills.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer:<br \/>\nA dynamic and supportive work environment.<br \/>\nOpportunity to grow with an expanding manufacturing business.<br \/>\nCompetitive remuneration package.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
