The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate inventory records for all workshop tools, equipment, and materials. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient operations by tracking stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the workshop team.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records of workshop inventory, including tools, spare parts, and consumables<br \/>\nTrack usage and movement of inventory items to and from the workshop<br \/>\nPerform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies<br \/>\nReceive and inspect incoming materials and verify against purchase orders<br \/>\nIssue tools and materials to technicians and record transactions<br \/>\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as required<br \/>\nEnsure all inventory items are correctly labeled and stored<br \/>\nGenerate inventory reports for management review<br \/>\nMaintain compliance with company policies and safety standards<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience:<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate<br \/>\nCertificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, or related field is an added advantage<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in inventory or stock control, preferably in a workshop or industrial setting<br \/>\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills<br \/>\nGood communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nComputer literate (MS Excel, inventory management systems)<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
