\nAssistant Information Communication Technology Officer (Head Office) \u2013 Grade S5 \u2013 Required No: 1
\nReporting to:\u00a0 Information Communication Technology Officer
\nJOB MAIN PURPOSE
\nTo assist the ICT Officer in planning, managing and providing quality, reliable and modern ICT services that support the operations of the Company and contribute to overall efficiency, productivity and attainment of Company objectives
\nRESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Ensure the smooth running of all ICT systems, including the billing software, meter reading system, accounting systems, payroll, anti-virus, email provision, etc.
\nEnsure that ICT facilities meet the needs of the company.
\nManaging crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems
\nScheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.
\nAssist developing a Wide Area Network and ensuring a secure access to the network by remote users.
\nEnsuring the security of data from internal and external attack by keeping up to date with ICT technology
\nInitiating, promoting and implementing ICT policy in the company.
\nAssist to Prepare ICT management reports.
\nCarry out other duties as delegated by superiors.
\nConfiguration and management of Sage 200 ERP
\nConfiguration and management of Microsoft Dynamic 365
\nUndertake Web\/software Design, management, testing and deployment
\nInstallation, configuration and management of SQL Server
\nInstallation, configuration and management of\u00a0 Windows Server environment<\/p>\n
EDUCATION \/ QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate with 5 \u2018O\u2019 levels including English & Mathematics
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in software engineering and or computer science or its equivalent
\nMicrosoft \/ Cisco certification is an added advantage
\nFull Professional Membership to Information Communication Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ)
\nMinimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position<\/p>\n
