Direct Sales Supervisor<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Lead, supervise, and motivate the direct sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.<br \/>\nDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.<br \/>\nMonitor daily sales activities, provide coaching, and support staff to improve performance.<br \/>\nConduct regular training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.<br \/>\nTrack, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and Trends<br \/>\nEnsure excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Diploma\/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in direct sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.<br \/>\nStrong leadership and people management skills.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.<br \/>\nProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
