We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate for the role outlined below:<br \/>\nSALES MERCHANDISERS (05)<br \/>\nThe Required Skills for this Role Include:<br \/>\nMaintaining positive business relationship with customers to maximize sales<br \/>\nPresent, promote and sell products\/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers<br \/>\nSupply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive\u00a0activities, and potential for new products and services<br \/>\nEnsuring that customer\u2019s satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis<br \/>\nKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trends<br \/>\nContinuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing\/potential customers to meet their needs<br \/>\nExpedite the resolutions of customer\u2019s problems and complaints to maximize customer\u2019s satisfactions<br \/>\nAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule<br \/>\nCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departments<br \/>\nAnalyze the territory\/market\u2019s potential, track sales and status reports<br \/>\nEnsuring that the company procedures and laid down rules are followed<br \/>\nEnsuring that customers are properly welcomed<br \/>\nThe Required Qualifications are:<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate including English and Mathematic<br \/>\nRelevant Sales Qualifications<br \/>\nComputer Literacy, Excel and Word<br \/>\nSales Experience will be an added advantage<br \/>\nThe Required Attributes Include:<br \/>\nAttention to Details<br \/>\nTime Management<br \/>\nIntegrity<br \/>\nTeamwork<br \/>\nProblem \u2013 Solving<br \/>\nGood Communication Skills<br \/>\nOrganizational Skills<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
