Our mission is to build a thriving ecosystem of clean cooking through innovation, teamwork, and accountability, delivering affordable solutions that create meaningful impact for healthier lives.<br \/>\nPosition Overview<br \/>\nThe Community Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the rollout of the Beans-for-Customers Program, working closely with health volunteers, SupaMoto agents, shopkeepers, and customers. The role will serve as a liaison between the community and SupaMoto, ensuring effective coordination, monitoring, and reporting of program activities.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Support program management of the Beans-for-Customers initiative.<br \/>\nLiaise with bean suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules.<br \/>\nSupervise deliveries of beans, ensuring proper placement in PICS bags.<br \/>\nLiaise with donor representatives for quality checks.<br \/>\nWork with health volunteers, SupaMoto agents, and shopkeepers to ensure program rollout and compliance.<br \/>\nProvide field support for the SupaMoto fintech team.<br \/>\nCollect customer and volunteer feedback on products and services.<br \/>\nConduct regular visits to local groups (LGs) and participating shops.<br \/>\nSupport sales and fintech departments with field information.<br \/>\nCapture short video or photo clips for the social media team.<br \/>\nPrepare weekly progress reports on rollout activities.<br \/>\nAny other program support as requested by the Project Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, or related field (preferred).<br \/>\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in community work or related program coordination.<br \/>\nExperience working with volunteers and community groups.<br \/>\nKnowledge of agricultural supply chains and\/or nutrition programs is an advantage.<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently in the field and liaise with multiple stakeholders.<br \/>\nProficient with smartphone apps, reporting tools, and basic IT systems.<\/p>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<br \/>\nThe Community Coordinator will be assessed against ECS\u2019s corporate KPIs, adapted to the role:<br \/>\n1. Customer Value Delivery (core business KPI)<\/p>\n<p>Ensure at least 90% of registered customers in the rollout receive beans as per delivery schedules.<br \/>\nSupport volunteers and agents to maintain customer satisfaction scores \u226580% (based on survey\/feedback collected).<\/p>\n<p>2. Sales &amp; Uptake Growth<\/p>\n<p>Generate at least 5 verified customer referrals per month through community engagement.<br \/>\nReport on customer interest in additional SupaMoto products (stoves, fuels, fintech) to support cross-sales.<\/p>\n<p>3. Program Delivery &amp; Operational Efficiency<\/p>\n<p>Achieve 100% on-time reporting of bean deliveries and collections.<br \/>\nMaintain a variance of &lt;5% between beans delivered to shops and beans collected by customers.<\/p>\n<p>4. Financial &amp; Donor Accountability<\/p>\n<p>Ensure zero discrepancies in bean distribution records submitted to donors.<br \/>\nSupport project management in meeting donor reporting timelines with complete and verified data.<\/p>\n<p>5. Health, Safety, Environment &amp; Sustainability (HSES)<\/p>\n<p>Confirm that 100% of bean deliveries are stored in PICS bags to reduce spoilage\/waste.<br \/>\nEnsure volunteers and shopkeepers adhere to ECS field safety protocols during distributions.<\/p>\n<p>6. Team &amp; Systems Integration<\/p>\n<p>Share at least two actionable insights per month with Sales and Fintech departments to inform product\/service improvements.<br \/>\nDemonstrate effective use of SupaMoto digital systems (sales apps, reporting tools) with zero overdue reports.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
