The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to either Livingstone or Kabwe.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nTranslate documents, contracts, and technical materials between Mandarin and English with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.<br \/>\nProvide real-time interpretation during meetings, site visits, and operational discussions.<br \/>\nSupport written and verbal communications between management, engineers, and suppliers.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate translation records for compliance and reporting.<br \/>\nAssist in coordinating with Chinese suppliers and contractors for equipment and material imports.<br \/>\nProvide language support during training and onboarding sessions involving Chinese personnel.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience<br \/>\nProven fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.<br \/>\nMinimum of 1 year\u2019 experience in a translator\/interpreter role, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or energy industries.<br \/>\nStrong technical vocabulary in industrial, mechanical, and power-generation contexts is an advantage.<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nWillingness to relocate to Livingstone or Kabwe.<br \/>\nKey Competencies<br \/>\nAttention to detail and accuracy in translations.<br \/>\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br \/>\nHigh level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability.<br \/>\nProfessionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer<br \/>\nCompetitive salary with relocation support.<br \/>\nOpportunity to work on dynamic projects in steel manufacturing and energy production.<br \/>\nA collaborative and professional working environment.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
