The successful candidate will be based at either our Livingstone or Kabwe plant and will play a key role in managing and driving strategic HR initiatives to support our diverse operations.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nDevelop, implement, and oversee HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals.<br \/>\nLead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.<br \/>\nManage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in compliance with Zambian labor laws.<br \/>\nDesign and coordinate performance management and training programs.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.<br \/>\nPrepare HR reports, budgets, and workforce planning forecasts for management.<br \/>\nCollaborate with management to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.<br \/>\nProfessional certification such as ZHRM Membership or ICHRM is an added advantage.<br \/>\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing, industrial, or energy sectors.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of Zambian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nProficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.<br \/>\nWillingness to relocate to Livingstone or Kabwe.<br \/>\nKey Competencies<br \/>\nStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach.<br \/>\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<br \/>\nAbility to manage a diverse workforce and foster a positive work culture.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer<br \/>\nCompetitive salary package and relocation support.<br \/>\nOpportunity to grow with a dynamic and expanding company.<br \/>\nA professional and supportive working environment.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
