Engineer<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 work experience in engineering projects.<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).<br \/>\nValid driver\u2019s license.<br \/>\nAge between 30\u201340 years.<br \/>\nMust be well-presentable and professional.<br \/>\nStrong computer literacy, especially in MS Word and Excel.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nPrepare material, equipment, and labor cost estimates ensuring costs remain within budget.<br \/>\nForecast construction timelines and prepare detailed work schedules.<br \/>\nPerform risk analysis considering budget, regulations, and environmental hazards.<br \/>\nAnalyze BoQs and drawings for new projects.<br \/>\nEnsure quality control and compliance with standards.<br \/>\nConduct site supervision and monitor project progress.<br \/>\nUtilize project management tools to track budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables.<br \/>\nProvide leadership, technical oversight, and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.<br \/>\nOversee project close-out activities, inspections, and final reporting.<br \/>\n2. Quantity Surveyor<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nFull Grade 12 Certificate.<br \/>\nBSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 working experience in construction projects.<br \/>\nMust be well-presentable and professional.<br \/>\nProficient in MS Word and Excel.<br \/>\nValid driver\u2019s license.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nDemonstrate thorough understanding of modern construction technology and structures.<br \/>\nPrice competitively and forecast material costs for construction projects.<br \/>\nConduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.<br \/>\nPrepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, BoQs, and related documentation.<br \/>\nPrepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and project reports, including financial\/feasibility audits.<br \/>\nAdvise on legal and contractual issues.<br \/>\nProvide cost-control and financial guidance throughout project lifecycles.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
