\nRole Overview
\nWe are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead the promotion and user acquisition strategy for our election-focused mobile app. The ideal candidate will combine digital marketing expertise with a strong understanding of civic engagement, political communication, or related fields.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for app launch and growth.
\nManage social media campaigns, content creation, and community engagement.
\nBuild partnerships with NGOs, election observers, civil society groups, and media organizations.
\nRun targeted digital ads (Facebook, X\/Twitter, Google, LinkedIn) to reach stakeholders.
\nMonitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
\nProvide recommendations to improve user acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in tech, civic engagement, or elections).
\nStrong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and content marketing.
\nExperience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools.
\nExcellent communication and networking skills.
\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.
\nBonus: Experience working with NGOs, civic-tech projects, or political campaigns.<\/p>\n
