Alongside, we run Cairo Haus, a dynamic coworking and innovation space on Cairo Road designed for entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, and corporate teams.<br \/>\nWe are looking for a Growth &amp; Community Lead \u2014 a driven and creative individual who can market our services, onboard new clients, manage community activities at Cairo Haus, and boost our digital presence.<br \/>\nWhat You\u2019ll Do<br \/>\nAs our Growth &amp; Community Lead, you\u2019ll be the heartbeat of CairoAI and Cairo Haus. Your role will include:<br \/>\n1. Client Growth &amp; Onboarding<br \/>\nIdentify and onboard new clients for CairoAI (web\/app projects, digital systems) and Cairo Haus (memberships, desk rentals, boardroom bookings).<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.<br \/>\nConvert walk-ins and online leads into paying members or customers.<br \/>\n2. Marketing &amp; Social Media<br \/>\nDevelop and run social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).<br \/>\nCreate content (posts, short videos, blogs) that drives engagement and brand awareness.<br \/>\nGrow our digital footprint, turning followers into loyal clients.<br \/>\n3. Community &amp; Event Management<br \/>\nOrganize and run activities at Cairo Haus: networking events, workshops, training sessions, and member engagement programs.<br \/>\nBe the go-to person for members, ensuring a vibrant, supportive, and professional community.<br \/>\nCollect feedback from members to improve services and experiences.<br \/>\n4. Operations Support<br \/>\nAssist in day-to-day coworking space operations (bookings, front desk support, tours for potential members).<br \/>\nTrack growth KPIs and prepare reports on marketing, memberships, and client onboarding.<br \/>\nCollaborate with the CairoAI development team to align marketing with tech projects.<br \/>\nWhat We\u2019re Looking For<br \/>\nDiploma\/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or strong proven experience).<br \/>\nAt least 1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in marketing, sales, or community management.<br \/>\nStrong social media and digital marketing skills (content creation, analytics, advertising).<br \/>\nOutgoing personality with excellent communication and networking skills.<br \/>\nOrganized, creative, and self-driven \u2014 able to juggle multiple responsibilities.<br \/>\nPassion for tech, startups, and community building is a plus.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
