We are seeking a reliable and meticulous Internal Audit Clerks to oversee and ensure the accuracy of financial and operational records during shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and supporting the smooth running of our administrative functions daily.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and financial transactions.
\nReview and verify daily financial reports and ensure accuracy.
\nPrepare and distribute audit reports and summaries.
\nEnsure all documentation complies with company policies and operating standards.
\nAssist with data entry and record-keeping related to daily activities.
\nIdentify and report discrepancies or irregularities.
\nSupport the front desk team with late-hour administrative tasks as needed.
\nMaintain confidentiality and security of all financial and operational data.
\nFollow established procedures to close daily operations and prepare for the next day.
\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during daily shift.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
At least minimum of 2 years of practical experience as an Internal auditor.
\nPrevious experience in night audit, accounting, or administrative role preferred.
\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\nProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
\nExcellent communication skills.
\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.
\nReliable and responsible with a professional attitude.
\nFlexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n
