\nJOB SUMMARY\/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:<\/p>\n
Able to work independently.
\nSets up and operates injection-molding machine
\nSets machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic.
\nmolding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 molding procedures
\nSet the equipment based on blueprints or design directions of Injection molding machine.
\nMonitor production to ensure quality during the process, and also clean and perform maintenance on the equipment.
\n+3 to 5 years\u2019 experience working in manufacturing industry.
\nMust have a Diploma\/Certificate\/Advanced Certificate in Mechanical\/ Engineering \/ Electrical or any other related qualification from a recognized institution of learning.<\/p>\n

\nJOB SUMMARY\/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:<\/p>\n
Will be responsible to ensure that all production equipment, infrastructure, fixtures and all other equipment is in good operating condition and well maintained in terms of electrical.
\nInstalling electrical systems as and when required.
\nMaintaining, repairing and troubleshooting electrical control, wiring, lighting and other systems and equipmen
\nPerforming general electrical maintenance.
\nTesting and inspecting electrical systems and certifying their compliance
\nAble to work independently.
\nTroubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
\nInspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
\n+4 year experience working as an Industrial Electrician in manufacturing industry.
\nMust have a Diploma in Electrical or any other related qualification from a recognized institution of learning.<\/p>\n

Able to work independently.

\nSet the equipment based on blueprints or design directions.
\nMonitor production to ensure quality during the process, and also clean and perform maintenance on your equipment.
\nSetting up manufacturing equipment for daily use \u00b7 Maintaining equipment and machinery so they can operate safely.
\nSkilled in troubleshooting and setup reduction and able to anticipate potential machine breakdowns.
\n+3 to 5 years\u2019 experience working in manufacturing industry.
\nMust have a Diploma\/Certificate\/Advanced Certificate in Mechanical\/ Engineering \/ Electrical or any other related qualification from a recognized institution of learning.<\/p>\n

\nOperate blow molding machines to produce bottles according to production specifications and quality standards
\nMonitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper function and quality output.
\nSet up and adjust machines, including molds, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
\nCloses chamber to mold product under heat and pressure.
\n+4 years to 5 years\u2019 experience working in manufacturing industry.
\nMust have a Diploma\/Certificate\/Advanced Certificate in Mechanical\/ Engineering \/ Electrical or any other related qualification from a recognized institution of learning.<\/p>\n

\nJOB SUMMARY\/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
\nKey Purpose:<\/p>\n
Supervise and perform maintenance, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles.
\nRepair or replace worn parts
\nMaintains records by recording service and repairs
\nAbility to attend Road break downs (within Lusaka and outside Lusaka)<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
Minimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience in FMCG Workshop\/Transport.<\/p>\n
Qualification:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Certificate in Technical \/ Vocational Trade \/Mechanic \/ Electronic or any -related field.
\nFMCG background is an added advantage.
\nMust have a Motorbike license<\/p>\n

\n6.\u00a0 Tyre Technician x 1
\nJOB SUMMARY\/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
\nKey Purpose:<\/p>\n
Remove installs, repairs, maintains and fit tyres for all types of vehicles
\nInspecting tires for wear and damage, repairing punctures, mounting and balancing tires, and performing wheel alignments.Keep accurate records of work done and materials used.
\nPerform routine vehicle inspections.
\nMaintain and clean tire equipment as part of preventive maintenance.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
Minimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience in FMCG Workshop\/Transport.<\/p>\n
Qualification:<\/p>\n
Certificate in any -related field.
\nFMCG background is an added advantage.
\nMust have a Driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
