The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting company staff, products, and materials, while ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained and operated in compliance with all relevant traffic laws and company policies.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2013 Safely transport company staff, products, and materials to and from specified locations.<br \/>\n\u2013 Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.<br \/>\n\u2013 Assist with loading and offloading staff luggage, products, and materials.<br \/>\n\u2013 Take full accountability for fuel purchases, submitting all receipts and reporting any discrepancies.<br \/>\n\u2013 Perform duties assigned by the CEO and Directors as required.<br \/>\n\u2013 Keep assigned vehicles clean, roadworthy, serviced on time, licensed, and insured.<br \/>\n\u2013 Notify the supervisor at least 30 days in advance of license, insurance, or service due dates.<br \/>\n\u2013 Maintain company vehicles in proper working conditions, including basic checks and preventive maintenance.<br \/>\n\u2013 Keep accurate records of vehicle use, and report accidents, incidents, or damages promptly.<br \/>\n\u2013 Adjust routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrivals.<br \/>\nCommunicate effectively with management and team members.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ensure company vehicles are parked in designated locations at all times, following company guidelines and safety procedures.<br \/>\n\u2013 Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u2013 Valid and current Zambian Driver\u2019s License (Class C or higher).<br \/>\n\u2013 Minimum 3- 5 years of professional driving experience.<br \/>\n-Proven history of safe driving and sound judgment.<br \/>\n\u2013 Grade 12 School Certificate.<br \/>\n\u2013 Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong verbal communication skills in English.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to use smartphones for navigation (Google Maps) and communication apps.<br \/>\n\u2013 High levels of integrity, trustworthiness, and initiative.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
