The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Chinese cooking techniques, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nPrepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes, including stir-fried, steamed, roasted, and noodle-based meals.<br \/>\nEnsure proper use of spices, sauces, and cooking methods to maintain authentic flavors.<br \/>\nManage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.<br \/>\nMonitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients.<br \/>\nMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety regulations.<br \/>\nEnsure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nMinimum 3years\u00a0 or more experience\u00a0 as a Chef or Cook specializing in Chinese cuisine.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques (e.g., wok cooking, steaming, dim sum preparation, etc.).<br \/>\nAbility to create both traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes.<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
