Commission-Based Sales Representatives (3 Positions) \u2013 IT Software Solutions
\nWe are seeking 3 motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. The role focuses on selling innovative IT software solutions to businesses and organisations.
\nWhat You Will Do<\/p>\n
Identify and approach potential clients in need of IT software solutions
\nPresent, promote, and sell our software products to decision-makers
\nBuild strong relationships with clients and maintain follow-ups
\nMeet agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
\nProvide feedback from the field to help improve our products and services<\/p>\n
What We are Looking For<\/p>\n
Previous experience in sales (IT\/software sales is an advantage, but not required)
\nStrong communication and negotiation skills
\nSelf-motivated and willing to work independently
\nStrong B2B Skills and prior experience selling products to businesses
\nAbility to build trust and close deals
\nResults-oriented and eager to earn based on performance<\/p>\n
