The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a dynamic work environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nReceiving &amp; Inspection<br \/>\nReceive and thoroughly inspect all incoming shipments.<br \/>\nVerify shipment contents against purchase orders, invoices, or manifests.<br \/>\nIdentify and document damages, discrepancies, or quality issues, and communicate findings to suppliers\/supervisors.<br \/>\nInventory Management<br \/>\nAccurately update Microsoft Dynamics 365 with received items, including condition, quantity, and location.<br \/>\nAssist in reconciling inventory discrepancies and maintaining stock accuracy.<br \/>\nProperly label, tag, and organize items for storage or distribution.<br \/>\nEnsure proper storage in designated shelves, bins, or areas.<br \/>\nCoordinate with departments for timely distribution of goods.<br \/>\nSafety &amp; Compliance<br \/>\nFollow all safety procedures when handling or storing materials.<br \/>\nUse PPE and safe lifting techniques at all times.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with regulatory standards, including hazardous material handling.<br \/>\nEquipment &amp; Maintenance<br \/>\nSafely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).<br \/>\nConduct routine equipment checks and report malfunctions promptly.<br \/>\nPrepare regular reports for management or audit purposes.<br \/>\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience<br \/>\nFull Grade 12 Certificate (essential).<br \/>\nAdvanced Certificate in Purchasing &amp; Supply or related field (Diploma is an added advantage).<br \/>\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in warehousing\/logistics.<br \/>\nValid forklift license.<br \/>\nProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MS Dynamics AX.<br \/>\nStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.<br \/>\nAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nWhy Join Us?<br \/>\nAt African Leopard Logistics Ltd, we value teamwork, innovation, and growth.
