{"id":5257,"date":"2025-09-10T12:00:21","date_gmt":"2025-09-10T12:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/credit-controller-at-limestone-resources-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-12-17T00:13:45","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T00:13:45","slug":"credit-controller-at-limestone-resources-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5257","title":{"rendered":"Credit Controller at Limestone Resources Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EXTERNAL ADVERT<br \/>\nJOB ADVERTISEMENT<br \/>\nLimestone Resources Limited seeks to employ a suitably qualified, experienced and result oriented individual to fill below listed vacancy.<br \/>\nCredit Controller (X1) permanent\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\nReports to: \u00a0Cost and Management Accountant<br \/>\nJob Overview:<br \/>\nTo ensure effective credit control through proper maintenance of customer statements and assessing customer worthiness through age analysis.<br \/>\nQualifications;<\/p>\n<p>Grade twelve (12) certificate.<br \/>\nZICA\/CA\/ACCA\/CIMA Level 2 certified with Zambia Qualifications Authority<br \/>\nMinimum of 2 years work experience<br \/>\nA member of Zambia institute of chartered Accountant (ZICA).<\/p>\n<p>Skills\/Abilities;<\/p>\n<p>Maintains an approved listing of all credit customers with accompanying relevant conditions of credit through collaboration with Commercial department.<br \/>\nChecks that all sales invoices for a particular customer are timely posted to Dynamics 365 Business Central system by month end in order to facilitate the preparations of management accounts.<br \/>\nReconciles dispatches not invoiced every month-end.<br \/>\nReconciles customer accounts by agreeing customer and LRL statement to ensure that both parties carry agreed monthly balances.<br \/>\nCollects amounts due from customers on due dates to maintain expected liquidity for the company.<br \/>\nReconciles the Revenue report with the Trial Balance<br \/>\nAnalyses revenue by customer, Product and quantity to the ledger on monthly basis.<br \/>\nAnalyses actual revenue against budgeted figures.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
