Position Overview
\n\u00a0The Junior Systems Administrator provide systems, end users and customers IT support.
\nJob Responsibilities
\n1. Systems support and administration:<\/p>\n
Support with performing our POS configuration, software installation etc.
\nSupport with performing back end high level checks.
\nSupport with performing high level\/standard reports extraction.
\nSupport with managing our systems provided by third parties.<\/p>\n
2. System changes testing and Integration support:<\/p>\n
Support with performing and documenting system changes UAT.
\nSupport with performing system changes post go live testing.
\nSupport our partners to integrate into our web service API.<\/p>\n
3. Customers and end users support:<\/p>\n
Support with resolving customer IT challenges.
\nSupport with resolving end user IT challenges i.e. emails, printers, Wi-Fi etc.
\nSupport with performing software installations and maintenance on end user machines.<\/p>\n
4. Systems monitoring:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Support with performing system daily (routine) checks.
\nSupport with preparing required system checks report.<\/p>\n
5. Service availability support:<\/p>\n
Support with partners communication in times we are experiencing service outage.
\nSupport with raising service interruption\/outage to our partners in instances where checks must be done from our partner\u2019s end.
\nSupport with documenting\/recording system outages.<\/p>\n
Organizational Alignment<\/p>\n
Reports directly to the Head \u2013 Information & Technology.
\nWill work closely with the Senior Systems Administrator.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, or a related field.
\nProven experience as an IT specialist or in a related role.
\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\nPayment systems experience is a plus.<\/p>\n
