Duties include prospecting for new clients, presenting stationery products, understanding client needs, negotiating sales, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales activities within an assigned territory, and reporting sales results to management.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nProspecting &amp; Lead Generation:<br \/>\nActively seek out and contact new businesses and organizations to introduce them to the stationery store\u2019s products.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nProduct Presentation:<br \/>\nDemonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various stationery products to potential and existing customers.<br \/>\nCustomer Needs Assessment:<br \/>\nLearn and understand the specific stationery needs and requirements of each client.<br \/>\nSales &amp; Negotiation:<br \/>\nNegotiate pricing, terms, and credit, and close new deals with customers, consistently working to meet and exceed sales quotas.<br \/>\nClient Relationship Management:<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.<br \/>\nTerritory Management:<br \/>\nManage accounts and activities within a designated geographical territory to maximize sales opportunities and brand awareness.<br \/>\nMarket &amp; Competitor Analysis:<br \/>\nStay informed about stationery industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.<br \/>\nReporting &amp; Data Management:<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, and submit reports to management.<br \/>\nCollaboration:<br \/>\nWork with internal departments to develop effective sales and marketing strategies and ensure a smooth sales process.<br \/>\nCustomer Support:<br \/>\nResolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nTender &amp; Bid Management<br \/>\nAble to tender &amp; bid to government, NGOs &amp; Private institution<br \/>\nGrade 12 certificate<br \/>\nWork experience in the sales &amp; marketing<br \/>\nCertificate or Diploma in Marketing or education<br \/>\nWith a Motorcycle license<br \/>\nFamiliar with Monze district or resident within Monze district, Sinazeze &amp; Sinazongwe<br \/>\nSalary K1,500 + commission<br \/>\nWith 6 months probation<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
