This role ensures effective data collection, management, and reporting systems that track success across education, skills development, SEE Learning, and livelihoods initiatives.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nMonitoring &amp; Evaluation (M&amp;E) Systems<\/p>\n<p>Develop and operationalize a comprehensive M&amp;E framework aligned to Pestalozzi Zambia\u2019s Theory of Change and donor requirements.<br \/>\nEstablish clear indicators, baselines, and targets for all programs (SkillsHub, SEE Learning, Digital Literacy, Organic Agriculture, etc.).<br \/>\nConduct routine monitoring visits, ensuring data validity, accuracy, and timeliness.<br \/>\nSupport program teams in embedding M&amp;E practices into day-to-day implementation.<br \/>\nEnsure seamless integration of data collection and reporting between Airtable (SkillsHub) and Zoho (Future Leaders Program).<\/p>\n<p>Data Management &amp; Analysis<\/p>\n<p>Develop and manage a central data management system that consolidates information from Airtable, Zoho, and paper-based sources.<br \/>\nCollect, clean, verify, and organize both quantitative and qualitative data from all programs.<br \/>\nProduce data visualizations, dashboards, and trend analyses tailored for internal decision-making and donor accountability.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with data protection, privacy, and confidentiality standards at all stages of data handling.<br \/>\nProactively identify gaps, duplications, and inconsistencies in data and address them through system improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp; Learning<\/p>\n<p>Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual impact reports for internal leadership, donors, and stakeholders.<br \/>\nProvide evidence-based insights and recommendations to inform adaptive program design and resource allocation.<br \/>\nDocument and disseminate best practices, success stories, and impact case studies to showcase program achievements.<br \/>\nSupport proposal development and fundraising efforts by providing data-backed evidence and impact metrics.<br \/>\nMaintain a digital repository of reports, learning documents, and case studies for easy access and reference.<\/p>\n<p>Capacity Building &amp; Partnerships<\/p>\n<p>Train staff, facilitators, and community partners on data collection tools, Airtable, Zoho, and reporting standards.<br \/>\nBuild the capacity of youth leaders and stakeholders to actively engage in participatory M&amp;E.<br \/>\nWork with local and international partners to harmonize data collection systems and align with global M&amp;E best practices.<br \/>\nPromote a culture of data-driven learning and accountability across Pestalozzi Zambia.<\/p>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n<p>100% of programs have updated M&amp;E frameworks and tools.<br \/>\nTimely submission of all reports.<br \/>\nCentralized, consistently updated database.<br \/>\nAt least 3 evidence-based learning documents (case studies, impact stories, briefs) annually.<br \/>\nClear demonstration of program decision-making informed by data.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in M&amp;E, Statistics, Development Studies, Data Science, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred).<br \/>\n3\u20135 years of experience in M&amp;E and data management.<br \/>\nStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SPSS, Stata, PowerBI, or similar.<br \/>\nExperience with both qualitative and quantitative methods.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and report-writing skills.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
