\nThe Role: We are seeking a cheerful,motivated, and customer-focused Sales Person to join our team. You will be the welcoming voice and smiling face of Filaso Bakery, responsible for serving customers at our takeaway counter, handling transactions, and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile and a delicious treat.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at the takeaway counter.
\nKnowledgeably describe our bakery products (breads, cakes, pastries, etc.) and make recommendations.
\nAccurately handle cash and digital payment transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
\nKeep the display cases clean, well-stocked, and appealing throughout the day.
\nPackage customer purchases carefully and beautifully.
\nMaintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
\nAssist with light preparation work, such as boxing pastries or labeling products.
\nRepresent the Filaso Bakery brand with professionalism and a positive attitude.<\/p>\n
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):<\/p>\n
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for interacting with people.
\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.
\nReliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
\nAbility to handle cash transactions accurately.
\nWillingness to learn about all our products and ingredients.
\nAbility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays (as per the bakery\u2019s schedule).
\nAbility to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
\nPrevious experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is an advantage, but a great personality and willingness to learn are most important!<\/p>\n
