The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, securing meetings, and converting opportunities into successful business deals as part of Zambia\u2019s dynamic team.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships<br \/>\nDevelop and implement effective lead generation strategies<br \/>\nSchedule and conduct high-value business meetings with potential clients<br \/>\nConvert prospects into clients through persuasive communication and negotiation<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients<br \/>\nCreate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets<br \/>\nAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities<br \/>\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client acquisition<br \/>\nPrepare compelling business proposals and presentations<br \/>\nTrack and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and performance results<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Proven track record in business development and sales with demonstrated results<br \/>\nExceptional ability to generate leads and close deals in competitive markets<br \/>\nStrong networking skills with ability to build and leverage professional relationships<br \/>\nOutstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities<br \/>\nSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach and entrepreneurial mindset<br \/>\nStrategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities<br \/>\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives<br \/>\n\u00a0Certifications and Specialties (Preferred but not required)<br \/>\nDigital Sales and Marketing (HubSpot, Google Digital Garage, LinkedIn Sales)<br \/>\nCRM and Sales Automation (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)<br \/>\nBusiness Development and Lead Generation (Udemy, Coursera)<br \/>\nData Analysis for Sales Performance (Google, IBM certification or industry recognized certification)<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>3-5 years in Business Development, Sales or Lead Generation<br \/>\nIntensive knowledge of offshore services, outsourcing trends and digital marketing<br \/>\n\u00a0Ability to manage CRM tools, analyze market trends and implement sales automation<br \/>\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills<br \/>\nProven experience in lead generation, market research or a related field (preferably in outsourcing or offshore services).<br \/>\n\u00a0Strong online research skills and familiarity with finding ads across multiple digital channels are required.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and meet targets.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with international markets and cross-border business practices.<br \/>\nProficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.<br \/>\nSelf-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.<\/p>\n<p>We Offer<\/p>\n<p>Competitive compensation package<br \/>\nFull-time position<br \/>\nChallenging and enjoyable work environment<br \/>\nDaily physical presence at our office required<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
