We strive for excellence in bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and operational administration.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re looking for a self driven Finance &amp; Compliance Assistant to support our team.<br \/>\nKey duties include:<\/p>\n<p>Maintain accurate financial records, petty cash, and stock.<br \/>\nPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.<br \/>\nSupport operations using BMT and Simple Accounting.<br \/>\nManage internal compliance documentation and statutory filings.<br \/>\nProvide financial insights to the COO and CEO.<br \/>\nHandle bookkeeping via BMT, Simple Accounting, and Excel templates.<br \/>\nFile client statutory submissions (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, PACRA) punctually.<br \/>\nSupport client onboarding and manage HR, stock, and compliance records.<br \/>\nGenerate invoices via ZRA Smart Invoicing and monitor payments.<br \/>\nMaintain thorough records for audit readiness.<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Registration with ZICA (Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants).<br \/>\nAt least a ZICA Diploma in Accountancy (completed or in progress).<br \/>\n1\u20132 years of experience in accounting, compliance, or bookkeeping.<br \/>\nHands-on experience with financial reporting tools, Simple Accounting, BMT, ZRA Smart Invoicing, and statutory systems.<br \/>\nProficiency in Excel.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
