We are looking for sales ladies who will be stationed within these show room houses with the role of receiving customer calls, welcoming customers, answering questions, and providing product information to enhance their shopping experience.<br \/>\nDUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES<br \/>\nProduct Knowledge:<br \/>\n-Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and services to advise customers effectively.<br \/>\nVisual Merchandising:<br \/>\n-Ensuring products are well-stocked, displayed attractively, and the store (show room house) maintains a clean and organized appearance.<br \/>\nTransaction Processing:<br \/>\n-Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash, and managing customer returns.<br \/>\n-Sales Presentations:<br \/>\nPresenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and how they solve customer challenges.<br \/>\n-Negotiation:<br \/>\nNegotiating contracts and prices with customers to secure favorable terms and close deals.<br \/>\n-Relationship Management:<br \/>\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing post-sale support.<br \/>\nSales Targets:<br \/>\n-Working to achieve specific sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\nMinimum Grade 12 School Certificate<br \/>\nExperience in selling or retail<br \/>\nHigh Numeracy skills<br \/>\nBasic knowledge of home decor, furniture, and kitchen products<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
