This role covers digital marketing, content creation, media relations, public communications, and customer engagement.<br \/>\n\u2014<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities \/ Duties<br \/>\n1. Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning<br \/>\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with company objectives.<br \/>\nPlan, budget, and oversee all marketing initiatives.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n2. Brand Management<br \/>\nEnsure consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms.<br \/>\nOversee design, storytelling, and creative direction of campaigns.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n3. Digital &amp; Content Marketing<br \/>\nManage the company\u2019s social media, website, and app communications.<br \/>\nDevelop engaging content (videos, graphics, articles) that resonates with entrepreneurs, investors, and partners.<br \/>\nRun online advertising campaigns and track ROI.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n4. Public Relations &amp; Media Engagement<br \/>\nBuild and maintain relationships with media houses and journalists.<br \/>\nPrepare press releases, speeches, and media kits.<br \/>\nCoordinate media coverage of company events and announcements.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n5. Internal &amp; External Communications<br \/>\nManage all internal communications to ensure alignment within the team.<br \/>\nServe as the spokesperson for U-Link Ventures when required.<br \/>\nDraft newsletters, announcements, and corporate communications.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n6. Event Marketing &amp; Campaigns<br \/>\nPlan and execute marketing campaigns, workshops, and public events.<br \/>\nCoordinate sponsorship visibility and branding opportunities.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n7. Customer Engagement<br \/>\nDevelop strategies to engage with users and entrepreneurs on the platform.<br \/>\nMonitor customer feedback and integrate insights into marketing efforts.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n8. Monitoring &amp; Reporting<br \/>\nTrack KPIs such as brand reach, engagement, and campaign performance.<br \/>\nProvide monthly reports and recommendations for improvement.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.<br \/>\n3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in marketing and communications, preferably in digital or startup environments.<br \/>\nStrong writing, editing, and presentation skills.<br \/>\nExperience with social media management, SEO\/SEM, and digital marketing tools.<br \/>\nAbility to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.<br \/>\nCreative thinker with strong problem-solving and networking skills.<br \/>\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)<br \/>\nGrowth in brand awareness and online reach.<br \/>\nEngagement rate on social media and digital platforms.<br \/>\nQuality and consistency of internal\/external communications.<br \/>\nSuccessful execution of campaigns and events.<br \/>\nPositive media mentions and PR outcomes.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
