The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong knowledge of the local real estate market. This is a full-time position with a competitive commission structure and opportunities for career growth.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nGenerate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities<br \/>\nConduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying or selling process<br \/>\nAdvise clients on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements<br \/>\nPrepare and present property offers and negotiation terms<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients<br \/>\nMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets<br \/>\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends<br \/>\nCoordinate with marketing and admin teams to promote listings effectively<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience<br \/>\nMinimum 2\u20135 years of proven real estate sales experience<br \/>\nMember of Zambia Institute of Estate Agents<br \/>\nMinimum Diploma \u00a0in Sale and Marketing or related field<br \/>\nValid driver\u2019s license (preferred)<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of the Zambian property market<br \/>\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills<br \/>\nSkilled in negotiation, sales techniques, and customer relationship management<br \/>\nComputer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, property listing platforms)<br \/>\nKey Competencies<br \/>\nGoal-oriented and self-motivated<br \/>\nProfessional appearance and demeanor<br \/>\nHigh attention to detail and organizational skills<br \/>\nAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment<br \/>\nStrong team player with the ability to work independently<br \/>\nCompensation &amp; Benefits<br \/>\nAttractive Base salary<br \/>\nAttractive commission structure<br \/>\nIncentives for top performers<br \/>\nTraining and development opportunities<br \/>\nSupportive and collaborative work environment<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
