JOB DETAILS:
\nDuties And Responsibilities
\n1. Receive ITE\u2019s (Instructions To Escort) from clients on trucks to be escorted and to collect information on departed trucks, number of trucks and their respective routes and destinations and ensure accurate loading onto Truck Monitoring Systems.
\n2. Ensure available personnel and assign security escort guards to the different dispatch locations as per client\u2019s requirements.
\n3. Prepare daily convoy request for the day and send for payment.
\n4. Ensure security escort guards report to control office on the position of the convoy and ensuring that each convoy is monitored.
\n5. Update Truck Monitoring Systems and Client WhatsApp group with position of trucks as per reports.
\n6. Do complete handovers from one Control Room Operator to another.
\n7. Verify Truck Monitoring System.
\n8. Give summary position of all trucks and highlight all incidents, delays, and accidents.
\n9. Ensure duty handover is signed. To make sure that all breakdowns, delays, incidents, accidents are reported to the client on time and appropriate action is taken.
\n10. Attend to client queries in a timely manner.
\n11. Ensure adherence to escort procedures and the respective escalation steps to be taken in cases of breakdown, incident, or emergency.
\n12. Generating daily reports such as summary reports, tracking reports, staff registers.
\n13. Ensure all tracking devices are working and trucks monitored accordingly
\nQualifications\/Requirements:<\/p>\n
Computer literate, MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
\nPrevious experience will be an added advantage. Must have a combination of experience and training (Diploma or Degree in Information and Technology) which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

\nAble to function calmly during a crisis.
\nMust be a resident of Kitwe or willing to relocate (strictly)<\/p>\n
