{"id":5306,"date":"2025-09-12T22:02:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T22:02:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/physiotherapist-at-coptic-hospital\/"},"modified":"2025-12-26T00:14:11","modified_gmt":"2025-12-26T00:14:11","slug":"physiotherapist-at-coptic-hospital","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5306","title":{"rendered":"Physiotherapist at Coptic Hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Position: Physiotherapist<br \/>\nReports To: Medical Director\/ HOD- Physiotherapy<br \/>\nPrincipal Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with patients Doctors for referral notes and medical history.<br \/>\nReview and elaborate patient through tests, movements and conversation.<br \/>\nCreate and implement treatment care plans tailored to each patient\u2019s needs.<br \/>\nEstablish patient\u2019s goalposts with physician, surgeons and health care team.<br \/>\nSchedule exercises and therapies for patients.<br \/>\nObserve and review patient progress.<br \/>\nAssist and demonstrate proper stretches, techniques, exercise moves and equipment uses.<br \/>\nEducate patient\u2019s family members on the patient\u2019s treatment plan.<br \/>\nDocument patient\u2019s medical progress and treatment, record notes to update medical conditions.<\/p>\n<p>a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience and Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Advanced Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in physiotherapy.<br \/>\nAt least (3) three years of relevant work experience working in a hospital or physical rehabilitation setting.<\/p>\n<p>b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Skills &amp; Competences<\/p>\n<p>Able to mentor and lead.<br \/>\nAble to perform CPR or additional emergency procedures if needed.<br \/>\nGood interpersonal skills and communication skills with a wide variety of patients and medical staff.<br \/>\nStrong computer skills with Microsoft office suite.<br \/>\nCompassionate and sensitive to patients needs and concerns.<br \/>\nWilling to collaborate with team members.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
