{"id":5307,"date":"2025-09-12T22:02:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T22:02:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/accounts-receivable-clerk-at-cerba-lancet-zambia\/"},"modified":"2025-11-01T00:14:25","modified_gmt":"2025-11-01T00:14:25","slug":"accounts-receivable-clerk-at-cerba-lancet-zambia","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5307","title":{"rendered":"Accounts Receivable Clerk at Cerba Lancet Zambia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK (PERMANENT POSITION)<br \/>\nCERBA LANCET ZAMBIA LIMITED<br \/>\nTHIS POSITION WILL BE BASED AT THE LUSAKA MAIN LABORATORY<br \/>\nKey Competency Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Accounting Qualification<br \/>\nMembership to ZICA<br \/>\nMinimum two years relevant working experience<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal skills<br \/>\nMust have data entry experience<br \/>\nAbility to communicate effectively<br \/>\nExcellent telephone and email etiquette<br \/>\nMust be computer literate<br \/>\nAbility to work in a pressurized environment<br \/>\nMust have attention to detail<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and Issue Customer Bills, Invoices and Statements.<br \/>\nPrepare and Issue insurance claims including processing of NHIMA claims for all sites<br \/>\nAccurate processing of un-billed accounts to Final billed accounts.<br \/>\nMaintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures.<br \/>\nMaintain up-to-date billing system.<br \/>\nPerform Account reconciliations.<br \/>\nMonitor Customer Account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.<br \/>\nGenerate and Review Accounts Receivables aging to ensure compliance.<br \/>\nInvestigate and resolve customer queries.<br \/>\nProcess adjustments.<br \/>\nProcess suspense accounts<br \/>\nCommunicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.<br \/>\nCollect data and prepare reports, clearly detailing accounts receivable status.<br \/>\nReconciliation of daily cashiering activities across all sites<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
