You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their IT needs, presenting suitable solutions, and fostering long-term relationships.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n1. Sales and Business Development:<\/p>\n<p>Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and market research.<br \/>\nPromote and sell IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., software, hardware, IT consulting, cloud services).<br \/>\nMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.<\/p>\n<p>2. Client Relationship Management:<\/p>\n<p>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.<br \/>\nUnderstand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions.<br \/>\nDeliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.<\/p>\n<p>3. Market Analysis:<\/p>\n<p>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.<br \/>\nProvide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.<\/p>\n<p>4. Proposal and Contract Management:<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.<br \/>\nNegotiate terms and close deals effectively.<\/p>\n<p>5. Collaboration and Reporting:<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.<br \/>\nProvide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Skills<br \/>\nHold a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).<br \/>\nHave a minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in marketing or sales.<br \/>\nProven experience in IT sales, software sales, or a related domain.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales management software.<br \/>\nSkills:<\/p>\n<p>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nAbility to understand and explain technical IT solutions in simple terms.<br \/>\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.<br \/>\nTime management and organizational skills.<\/p>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n<p>Sales revenue and growth.<br \/>\nNumber of new accounts acquired.<br \/>\nClient retention rate.<br \/>\nAccuracy of sales forecasts.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
